Family & Friends Wellness Session

Service Description

Ideal option for families or friends to create or rediscover health habits. Whether it's because of a new diagnosis, a desire to be more active, or to be more fit and healthy.  A family or group can consist of any combination of adults and children (no more than 6 people so everyone is able to get optimal benefit from the session) ​In our time together we will discover challenges that you all face and develop a plan to address them.
